Instructions

Deleting the Browsing History in Internet Explorer

  • Step 1:
    Open Internet Explorer.
  • Step 2:
    Click on "Tools." A drop-down menu will appear. Click on "Delete Browsing History."
  • Step 3:
    In the "Delete Browsing History" folder, click on "Delete history" and then click on "Yes" when you are asked "Are you sure you want to delete your history of visited Web sites?" This will delete the history in Internet Explorer.

Other Ways to Delete Browsing History

  • Step 1:
    Open Internet Explorer.
  • Step 2:
    Click on "Tools." A drop-down menu will appear. Click on "Internet Options."
  • Step 3:
    Click on "Delete" in the "Browsing history" section.
  • Step 4:
    Click on "Delete history" and then click on "Yes" when you are asked "Are you sure you want to delete your history of visited Web sites?" This is a long route to the procedure in Section 1.
