How to Delete the Update History in Vista

Instructions

  • Step 1:
    Launch your browser and click the "Tools" menu on the upper tab.
  • Step 2:
    Click "Delete Browsing History" in the pop-up menu.
  • Step 3:
    Click "Delete All" if you want to delete all of your old Windows files, or click "History" if you only want to delete the history on Vista, including the update history.
  • Step 4:
    Click "OK" in the following pop-up box to confirm your choice. Your update history on Vista will now be deleted from the computer.
