    The same penalty that most premeditated murderers would receive. Life in prison.
    I find it odd that If a drunk driver kills a pregnant woman it becomes a double homicide in many states in the US. Yet if the same pregnant woman snuffs out her own unborn baby's life, Liberals will stand and applaud her right to exercise her "freedom of choice to kill".

    • This isn't about liberals, its about justice. What you're suggesting is unjust. Not all unborn children are equal, not all killing is murder, and not all abortions are the same.

      This is simply bad logic applied badly.

    • @ not all unborn children are equal. By whos standards are they not sir? Are you suggesting that a child that may be born with some sort of abnormailty has less of a right to life then another without?

      Life is not a choice. It is unjust to kill.
