How and why is aerobic exercise more efficient in burning fat than anaerobic exercise?

    The best fat burning exercises are the ones that get your heart rate into zone 3 and zone 4 - zone 4 is probably best which is 80 - 90% of your maximum heart rate, but this can be hard to keep up for prolonged periods of time.
