They did not press charges because it was'nt wrong. From what i have read,it was unintentional,& he did'nt know it was a little girl at his door. Get over it. I have seen much worse. Guys take their daughters into the Men's locker Rooms, even when there is a Family changing room available. I think they get off on seeing their daughters staring at so many fully developed Dicks....some nearly erect. It happened right infront of me. I let mgmt. know but apparently it's widely accepted. I felt weird having to change,& have my dick hanging out, with a 5-7 year old girl staring at it. Needless to say,i changed quickly,& no longer go there. It was weird!!! Us guys are taught by society that being nude infront of a lil girl is the worst thing in the world. Then,we are expected to have it happen to us,& not be uncomfortable???? People are so fucked up!
