Question

Christians: Here's a question I'm pondering: Why or how did Satan get so much power? Is he really omni-present? How is he in so many places at once? Afterall, he is not God.

Satan is insignificant compared to God. (Job 1)
Also, if you resist Satan he will flee from you so I think that indicates a severe limit to Satan's power. (James 4, or more accurately Jacob 4)
God does not allow us to be tempted beyond what we can resist.
    (1 Corinthians 10)
Satan is not omnipresent. God is not even omnipresent.
There are many scriptures stating that God is in heaven. (Matthew 6, for example.)
However, God is also present with christians.
    (Isaiah 57)(John 14)
Satan comes to a horrible end anyway. (Ezekiel 28)
    Best wishes,
    Eddie Cairns.
