    the link is dead but it sounds to me like this is a straight forward case of violating company policy/dress code.

    he got the same treatment as if he'd worn a tshirt displaying half naked lesbians snogging or an ad for hooters or any other business inappropriate attire.

    it has nothing to do with the message, just that he refused to stop doing something his employer warned him not to do.

    trying to make this about freedom of speach or religion is just a blatant attempt to "muddy" the waters in this case, to distract from the facts.
