There are PLENTY of legal ways out and I have seen quite a few of them used. And regrets have nothing to do with legality.

But the paperwork to get out....
We had a guy who called it quits twenty minutes into P-1 day, not even the official start of Boot Camp, and I left Boot camp over a month before he did!
