Instead of entirely prohibiting non-iPods from access to iTunes, why doesn't iTunes double the downloading fee for their media onto non-iPod portable media players? Wouldn't the idea earn Apple even more revenue from this service?

    well than apple would be totally cruel to people. which would be wrong..

    • They are already being cruel by not allowing foreign MP3 players access to the service in the first place.
