How to Deep Throat a Guy?

Hi all, my boyfriend and i have been together for 3 years and everything is great. Only problem is when i am performing oral sex he always wants me to "deep throat" I try this but feel like i am going to be sick when i try. Anyway i can improve this?

    It sounds like you have a sensitive gag reflex. To help with this some have found that putting your thumb into your palm on your left hand and closing your fingers down on it tightly (kind of like if you made a fist, only your thumb is under your fingers) can reduce your reflex. I can't remember why this is but give it a try. If this also fails then you could try getting some throat spray that numbs your throat. They sell specially made ones at sex stores online or in person. Or, if you rather, you can go to any store such as Walmart and buy some OTC sore throat spray. It pretty much does the same thing.

    Now, when actually giving head and you want to try to deep throat you have to be relaxed and you have to work him in slowly, not try to take him all at once. It also helps if he's very slippery so be sure to give him a good coating of saliva. The wetter the better. One of the best positions for deep throating is you laying on your back on the bed with your head hanging down off the edge. Remind your boyfriend that you can't breath when he's fully down your throat so be sure to tell him to thrust for a couple seconds then back off so you can get some air. He should be able to slide back down easily. Good luck!
