Is snow skiing hard to learn as an adult?

    Nope, its not easy, but it is not hard. But it does depend on what type of skiing you mean, cross country is VERY easy, downhill is harder just because of the speeds you get to, you will get scared and you will loose your balance, a few days of skiing is normally enough to be ok at it.
    If you are thinking of trying to become seriously good/professional then it probably is too late. You could get very good if you practise ALOT, but to be a pro you generally need to have started pre-teen.

    Personally though, I would say go snowboarding, its alot more fun imo and just as hard/easy to learn.
