As Jolly Mommy said when you ovulate. However, it isn't around day 14 for most women! (this is from years of observing many many charts) :)

It can vary quite a lot for many. If you learn Fertility Awareness (www.fertilityfriend.com) you can find out when you are fertile. I have been using the method for over 7 years and teaching it for 3.5 years and it works clearly, through observing cervical mucous, temperature (BBT) and cervical position. This is the most accurate way of discerning when you are fertile. Actually, you are most fertile 12-16 days prior to your period. Which is why NFP>FAM is most reliable...you can figure this out before your period comes!
