from my info; in a circuit,volt. is needed to provide current.So what is the difference between voltage-source and current-source circuits?

    example .. in industry you may have a transmitter that varies the output voltage as say the pressure increases on the transmitter. thus it is ranged in voltage... but it is more common for the transmitter to output more current as the pressure increases. thus one transmitter is say 4-20 milliamp and the other is say 0-3 volts
