I believe darwin wrote a book called "the descent of man" kinda of opened my eyes and said we are truly the uncivilized animal in this world. Every animal does only what it musts to ensure it's continued existence and takes only what it needs. A lion or tiger doesn't go around killing everything that moves, it does it when it's hungry and when it fells threatened or it's defending something. We are the only species that have methodically extinguished our own and other species, have driven them to the brink of extinction and still kept pushing to the point that all that remains of it is a picture. Our species seems to be ill-considerate of other living things when it comes to our daily lives and our inevitable expansions. Anything in nature we can put a price on will always be threatened by us.
