You're reading Why do I turn red whenever I speak to somebody? How can I prevent it?

Useful, but medication should not be the primary approach to treatment, try finding some social remedies.

Don't ever take medicine
for mental disorders.
These might only be necessary
in very heavy mental disorders,
like when You have no contact
with the patient anymore.

I have the same exact problem like no joke. I was looking up why i turn red all the time. Im tired of my teacher asking me why im red bc i have no answer for it. but yes i do admit tht when i see my crush i do turn red. but i cant help it. but hes not with me all the time so y do i randomly turn red. I dont think i have a skin condition. and it gets pointed out to me all the time. i dont want a guy to not lik me bc i turn red. and when someone says i am red i feel my cheeks giving off heat and i can feel it. but im never hot and it was a freezing day!

The only thing You can really do about it is to accept it.
When You do, it will no longer bother You emotionally
and it's quite possible it'll stop happening after You
no longer feel affected by it.
Many guys may even think it's sweet, that You're blushing
when in contact with them.
Of course You might also work on gaining more confidence
and feeling less social guilt for Your thoughts.
