Should homosexuality be illegal?

The GOP seems to be divided on the issue; some think it should be Republican policy, others think it should not: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_gays_in_montana

But on the whole, do you think gay acts should be illegal?

    I saw that article. Very appalling of the GOP in Montana. Those idiots.

    But no. I do not think it should be illegal. This infringes on our human rights even further, which the GOP of Montana doesn't seem to realize.. because they have their head up their a##.
