What are the different kinds of cheese knives available, and how/why are they different?

    I only know of two... one is a solid sided knife with a flick at the end with a sort of fork in the end used for hard cheeses.

    The other is a similar sort except for the blade is deeper and has holes in... this is used for soft cheeses such as brie. The holes stop the cheese from sticking to the knife.

    Obviously these are practical designs however I am sure there a thousands of aesthetic designs available too.
