cage fighting seems unduly violent and unrestrained, unlike boxing. Surely a shocking example to children yet adults seem to love it. Why?

Ummm... Not to be a smart @$$, but I believe in helping out. 1. = Escalate
2. = You missed the S in Psychologically

Uh, Who's the wet blanket? Me?
Sorry, How about:
A Sig 556L with an Aimpoint COMP M3 or M4
sight and a Sig P220, or Springfield XD 45 - 4" service model sidearm.
I would really love to have one of those new HK 416/417 rifles that are out now.
I would prefer the 417 (7.62mm NATO) over the 416 (5.56mm NATO), but I was watching Futureweapons tonight and they showed the 416 with the 14" barrel, and I have to say... I want that rifle so bad I can't see straight.
Don't get me wrong, I want the Sig 556L first, but I would make the 14" bbl. HK 416 my next purchase.
Is that a good enough answer?

Certainly...

i must agree 7.62 over 5.56 any day.however in close combat i would prefer 12ga auto.w/10 round magazine.31/2 mag. #4 buckshot.
