Why ever not?! Why do staright people want to get married? Because they love eachtoher and want to be together forever - why can't homosexuals have the same rights!?

IF you get married in California as a gay/lesbian and move to a different state would the marriage benifits still apply in those states? So basically if you get married in california and move to like washington would you still be legaly married?
