EFA's are by far the most important for a healthy heart.
EFA's contain omega 3 fatty acids which are potent heart protectors and lipid correctors. It is important to know that EFA's DECREASE THE INCIDENCE OF SUDDEN DEATH BY 41% IN HEART PATIENTS! That is more potent than any anti-arrhythmic drug on the market! EFA's lowers LDL cholesterol and triglycerides and may increase HDL (good cholesterol). Keeps blood vessels healthy and flexible; has powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-clotting properties that help protect against heart disease
