Help answer this question below.

Don't get me wrong, I love AB. But how in four or five years have they not been able to get the site right?

I get comments I can't see, after the first 20 or question only AB questions come up and sometimes the site's down altogether. Maybe less time spent on embedding ads and more time working on the bugs would help.
