Is there a miracle cure for introversion and all its horrid side effects?

    I don't know about a miracle cure, but forcing yourself to go outside your comfort zone can really help, especially once you realise it is not as bad as you might think :)

    • From what I read and understand, cognitive therapy and maybe prescription drugs can help, as can exercise (although that is hard to do when you do not want to do anything!). My partner has just been getting over a long depression, and I hope you are not suffering the same, as life gets very hard and bleak. It may never feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel but there is one. Happy thoughts to you :)

    • If you force an introvert to be more extroverted, all you got is hatred! I always do that to my fellow students in college.
