I heard it takes an electric razor three weeks to adjust to your skin. Is this true, and if so, why?

    that is true. if you are switching from a manual razor to an electric razor the directions tell you to wait 3 weeks. why? im not sure. but i, being impatient, didnt wait the full 3 weeks and,as a result, got electric razor burn. so it is imprtant to wait

    but why do you want to use an electric razor anyway?
    take a hint from the FAB 5!!
