Help answer this question below.

You're walking with a friend in your apartment complex, when you hear a scuffle. You look up at one of the buildings and notice that there's a man choking a girl and is trying to throw her down the stairs. You don't know either party. What do you do?

    Safest thing is to make a LOT OF NOISE to attract attention. Then get to the phone.
