Is it possible for player blacksmiths to upgrade weapons? If so, how?

    No, sorry. Blacksmiths can only create elemental stones and weapons. They do not have the ability to upgrade weapons or armor. No matter what anybody says, you cannot upgrade weapons or armour. Only NPC's can do this. Just follow the upgrading rules and you'll be able to upgrade your equipment with the help of the proper NPC's. c",)
