I wasnt aware of what they are either - Not sure if its how they where prepared, but I'd say dont eat them! (WAFFLE HOUSE I think it was called ..) grease and grits for everyone! .. It was awful.. Mind you the eggs weren't good to eat there either - So maybe they are normally something you can eat :P
