Why eat anything cooked less than medium-well done and risk getting food poisoning with bacteria and parasites?

    Because medium rare tastes so good

    • What if you already have a tapeworm or something? :(

    • Twelve years ago studies showed a connection between overcooked meats and breast cancer. I think pretty much everything we do carries its own risk so you just have to do what you like within reason and hope for the best. Besides I love a medium rare steak.
