Help answer this question below.

Guy A continuously interrupts me when I'm talking with Guy B, C, D (Guys he knows) He'll talk over me and act as if I was saying nothing. Another thing he did was whistle when I was talking too.Does this guy want my attention or something?

Yes he wants your attention. But, he is showing you how he will act with you. You gotta give the guy credit. Cause he is not hiding his true self. He is an honest asshole.
