Legally, does the father have any say in whether or not a woman has an abortion?

    you can do an in utero dna test now

    • I think the fetus has to be a little further along gestationally for this to be possible. An abortion typically has to be performed before 12 weeks gestation. Besides that, the procedure is risky and I don't think any judge in their right mind would order such a risky, expensive procedure in order to determine the paternity of a child.
