it was the walmart special "pearl" is tne name of it, but when i put it into my computer it shows that it is an RCA product. i got him an itunes card and we have downloaded music on the site. i can talk to the sites and they all tell me that they are compadable yet for some reason i can not figure out how to get the songs onto his mp3 player. yet the cds that i have saved to my computer have somehow magically jumped over to it. i have been able to sync the playlists and i can hit to put it on the mp3 player but no such luck. somehow i dont think a 7 yr old is wanting to hear baby lullabys. please help if you can.

yes i have the rca easyrip icon the quick time player icon the lockersync3 icon along with itues and emusic. the user manuals are of little help for some reason im missing something obviouse and all my husband keeps telling me is its easier with limewire. i payed for songs i want the songs that i have coming to me, not some illegal songs from a site and a bunch of viruses.

No mam, I was asking, when u connect that Mp3 player... do you get the icon Removable Disc E. F or other drive letters or else some thing like that (name of the mp3 player) , coz I want to know whether your computer is detecting your mp3 player or not. Hope you will let you know.
