In a November 2007 interview with Spin magazine, Keenan said there would not be another APC album. See http://www.spin.com/features/magazine/2007/11/0712_ipuscifer/
A month later, in an interview with Revolver magazine, he said that he and Billy will "back and do some A Perfect Circle stuff."
It appears that there will be collaboration, soundtracks or other projects songs, but no album.
