  • You can do a Google search for caring for an orphaned kitten and get lots of information. In the meantime, here is one site which spells out pretty much everything you need to know. The most important thing is to not give it cows milk and make sure you stimulate it to go to the bathroom. WalMart and pet food stores have something called mothers replacement milk. It is very inexpensive and comes in a little box like juice and you will usually find it in the canned food section. It won't be refrigerated but will need to be after you open it. Good luck:

I am not sure what you mean by saving if from a 50 foot fall. If it fell 50 feet and you rescued it, it needs to go to the vet because it could have internal injuries. I can't imagine a newborn kitten surviving a fall like that though so I am hoping you meant you managed to save it from falling 50 feet.
