Open carry means that you can have a firearm on your person so long as you make no effort to conceal it from plain sight. http://packing.org has everything you could ever want to know about carrying a firearm in public.

Foxnews/AP ran a story about an 18 year old and his 15 year old brother who open carry wherever they go: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,274138,00.html

    • Great, that's what we need. Minors who are not completely adjusted to society, raging with hormones of adolescence, carrying loaded guns around. Hey! I was in line first! (As he taps his pistol strapped to his side.)
