The full passage from The Book of Melph says:
"And something that is true cannot be proven untrue. Wherefore, if ye roll not a seven, it be not the fault of this book, and it doth prove not that this book be untrue, because this book is true, wherefore, it cannot be proven untrue."
Does the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints teach that Jesus Christ is the First Born Spirit Child of Heavenly Father?

What could a person do if they felt like their Patriarchal blessing was not inspired? Could they get another one from a differant Patriarch?

And to clarify, it sounds like you're saying that truth in general is relative and religious truth in particular is subjective.

No, everything that exists in the material realm,including religion is relative.Someone has written the word and that too we get to see it in this realm so I say that.All religions are true to their followers but false to others and so it goes on to say that you get to decide which side you are on.The true seekers do not take sides but just are a witness to all.

So if I claim that in my religion through prayer and meditation you can overcome gravity and my followers accept that "truth" does it become true for them?
And a true seeker wouldn't test that truth but merely be a witness to the fact that I spoke it since all truth is relative?
