Question

Help answer this question below.

Do you eat meat? If so, would you rather eat meat that has been "ethically" made? (Assuming you'd pay a similar price to your other food.) If you don't eat meat, would you prefer people who do eat meat, to eat "ethically" made meat/animal products?

Yes I eat meat, and recently I bought -- for the first time in awhile -- a beautiful dressed chicken with intact skin, a cleanly cut neckbone, no broken legs or wings, and transplant-quality innards in the giblet bag.
The large commercial company that produced this roaster (Perdue) raises its birds cage-free in healthy conditions, and, from hatchling to market-weight, treats them with the respect due to living things...no booting them around for fun. I'm not convinced they're being humane just because they say they are; it really shows...and it doesn't cost more.
