Help answer this question below.

On TV last night they were talking about something called poutine - looked like french fries covered in some gravy-saucelike substance. Exactly what is it - can someone tell me? Is it good - can you make it at home and a recipe please.

    all you need is fries, cheese curds, and brown gravy (or chicken gravy with black pepper in it)
    that's literally all it is
