Why can minors get an abortion without parental consent but can't get a tattoo, a piercing, or liposuction?

    That's another example of how upside-down and screwed-up our society really is. A minor is not a minor anymore if she doesn't need parental consent for an abortion. Honestly, I don't see how something like that could stand up in court.
