    This is a very good question. A recent study has been made on basically this exact question.

    The question asked by the scientific human action and attribute association was: Which part of your body do you wash/dry first?

    RESULTS ARE AS FOLLOWED:

    Back/Neck - - - - - - - 24%
    Arms/Shoulders - - - - - - - 6%
    Legs/Hips - - - - - - - 11%
    Genital Area - - - - - - - 49%
    Hair/Head - - - - - - - 10%


    You may not realise, but this test does show us something amazing.

    The majority of people usually dry/clean their genital area first. This shows us in the human behavior and psychology side of it, people value their gentialia and actually put it first before anything else.
