Having problems posting comments. Some coming up as answers never posted. Is anyone ese having problems once again?

Who else is having problems posting pictures on AB today? I try to upload a picture, as I have done successfully many times before, but today I keep getting the message "Could not generate a thumbnail of an animated gif." What does that mean?
