Is there a way to deal with Depresion? Even if you already tried the different pills and you still feel hopeless?

What I do is surround my self aroung people who have nothing but good to say about any one they meet friend or foe. Surround your self with trees, birds take notice of subltlies and may the sun shine down on your world and the darkness has but one thing to do, come into the light of spring
