A Calorie is a unit of measurement of energy. It takes calories to burn calories. It's like fuel for your vehicle. There are 4 calories for every carbohydrate gram and 9 calories for every fat gram. Carbohydrates are stored and used as fuel first in your body. What your body doesn't burn off, is stored as fat - these fat stores usually come from processed foods, starches and sugar. Fat is the next fuel that is burned when the carbohydrate stores are used up.For more fitness related issue must visit secretstogettingbuff.com
