After a break up, how long do you think you should wait untill going out with someone else?

    When you are absolutely sure that you are over the old person, and that there is no way that you could work things out... that is if you want them to work out. Otherwise you may end up hurting the new person you are seeing...I learned from experience.

    • Hi, my ex bf and I broke up like 4 months ago, and I was okay up until a friend pointed out that according to psychologists you have to wait at least 6 months and it's just that I really don't want to hurt this person but I'm just sure that I don't want to get back with my ex, I guess I still remember stupid things he used to do, but I've accepted the fact that it's in the past and we both wanted to break up, so I was sure up until I started feelings for this new guy and he's so sweet... I just feel like I'm thinking waay too much about it, should I just follow my heart on this?
