Its also about right and wrong - like the police officer who upholds the law. Like a Parent who directs the child..... People favor mercy, generally - hence the pointage. To be honest, I cant even remember how I lost my virginity- it does not affect your life in anyway and I dont believe it's any different to doing anything else for the first time.

I think thats true for some reason the church does'nt attract young people in the u.k allthough the only major religion that does attract young people is islam.There are some exteamist christians in the u.k i saw despatches on channel four and it show groups of extreamist christians protesting outside parliment.But they were all over 30.

I've been browsing this site for less than five minutes and have found so many people saying "having sex at 14/15 makes you a slut" that I actually want to hurt my COMPUTER.
People, just because you're Christian, doesn't mean you're right. I'm Christian too, and I am truly sorry if this offends you, the reader, but I believe that God is our Father. He doesn't judge us for personal choices. As for the Bible, may I remind you that is was written by the hand of a man? It has also undergone many changes. Who knows what God has truly said?
He is our Father. He guides us, and allows the Devil to bring us suffering to let us learn. If someone wants to have sex at fifteen, then they can, and they will learn. What they will learn, we don't know yet.
All I know is that whoever is using the Bible to judge others shouldn't be allowed into a Church without getting a reality check first. What makes you think you're right?
And, for that police officer analogy: they uphold the law, yes. But, it's also COMPLETELY LEGAL to have sex if you're 14 or older, with restrictions. From ages 14 to 17, the person you are having sex with must be at least 14 and within two years of your age. Above 18, you've got free reign, so long as your partner is 16 or older.
Also, may I remind you that the Bible is not a measuring tool? It doesn't measure morality.
