Help answer this question below.

I have not slept for 36 hours. I just played my best tennis in a few monthes just half an hour ago. Why did I play so well when I have not gotten sufficient rest?

    Probably phsycological.
    You can play that well at any time, but because you thought you would do worse, you did better.
    Also, you're more tired, so you think less about playing textbook and play more instinct.

    • Well i know a sufficient amount. My moms a Psychologist with Ph.D, and she rants and raves quite enough, believe me.
