Is it possible to have two iTunes libraries on the same computer?

I asked my all-knowing-Mac-user friend about this, and he replied, 'I was just thinking about this myself the other day... It's not possible in Windows, but it may well be possible in Mac OS provided that each user has their own user account on the computer - I've never tried it though as the only person who uses my PowerBook.'
