Help answer this question below.

I am a straight male i just bought a douche syringe to clean out my rectum, the directions were for vaginal only. I lubed up tried it worked ok but when i pulled it out it really hurt my anus, did i not use enough lube or should i use something else.

    to the posts above -why douche your ass??? obviously cleanlinesss, also prostate health, you brush your teeth wash your hair, why not clean the waste system? I just started in this I use an old shampoo bottle with a plastic hose that equals the diameter of the opening in the shampoo bottle. That way the bottle can be in any position.
    believe me there are many health benefits here, but just use plain old water and no chemicals warm the water to your comfort... Cancer seems to be a big thing now a days being extra clean is a plus, and after you have done it a few days you will notice a gain in energy and just a better feeling about your self ..I would advise all men to do this women also even thogh i cant speak on the benefits for a woman obviously......aas for me just an extra clean feeling :)
