Is is safe to use a cast iron skillet, or does it put too much iron into the food?

    No, in fact, more Americans are lacking in iron now that most people don't cook in iron skillets.

    I LOVE my iron skillet.

    • i heard the best way to clean it is with a bit of vinegar? is this true? i've heard the key is to use no water? just bought one and dont want to ruin it
