    The parents should take full responsibility for both, and by that, I mean the state should step in and assign a dollar value to their labor, then force them into that labor after distributing only goods (food / board) to the child and newborn and only enough money for the parents to get by, and they should do this for either child for as long as either is below the age of 18.

    What the f*ck, man.

    • Yeah that'd help! another state run disaster. Government should stay out of peoples lives. Yeah a pregnant 11 year old is bad, but this is something that should be brought up in criminal court. Other than that, the state should have no place in this situation. Government control is the communist way of doing things.
