SIDDD, if girls can conceive at 10, then boys can have sperm at 10. The average age for the start of puberty gets younger every decade. (It used to be at around 17 in the 19th century.)

girls do hit puberty earlier, around 8-13 and boys around 10-14. so its possible...especially with "precocious puberty". Where are the parents when this was going on?
