when we started in vitro my wife asked if the 10,000 dollars with the discounts would be enough for 1 round of treatments they said it should . When the treatment was comnplete and the insurance company paid out we were sent bills totally more than 15,000 dollars that was above the insurance ceiling when i called the billing department they said it was no mistake that because we had insurance we didn't get a packaged price ( they never offered us one and we have never heard of this even though my wife works in a pharmacy) all said and done we and our insurance company were billed about $40,000 US dollars we are going to have to refer this matter to our lawyer and anybody who is thinking about in vitro be sure to get the estimated cost in writting before you start and be sure to put a NOT TO EXCCEED amount in the contractbefore you let them know you have insurance.
